Mark or unmark an email as spam

As you report more spam, OX App Suite is better able to automatically mark similar messages as spam.

First login to the OX App Suite via https://us.appsuite.cloud/appsuite/. In the Mail application select an email that you want to mark as spam and click the “Move” icon in the toolbar (folder with an arrow). Select the Spam or Junk folder to move it.

The email you selected will be moved to your spam folder.

If an email was marked incorrectly as spam:

  1. Click on the spam folder
  2. Select the email that was incorrectly marked as spam and Move it back to the inbox.
  3. That email will now be moved to your Inbox.
