SecureCloud10 Quick-Start Deployment Guide

Welcome to your premium cloud hosting environment by SkyHost Networks.

Your account on our high-performance SecureCloud10 server network is officially active and provisioned. At SkyHost Networks, our goal is to eliminate tech confusion. This guide walks you through the exact steps needed to get your website, email, and security active in under 10 minutes.

[1] Step 1: Access Your SkyHost Client Dashboard

Before updating your files, you need to log into your central control hub.

  1. Go to the SkyHost Networks Client Area.
  2. Click Log In and enter the credentials sent to you in your welcome email.
  3. Locate your active services and click on your SecureCloud10 Hosting Plan to open your server management panel (cPanel).

[2] Step 2: Choose Your Website Setup Path

Depending on your business goals, choose one of the two paths below to build your online presence:

Path A: Launch a New WordPress Site (Easiest)

If you want to use the world's most popular website builder, skip manual file uploads entirely.

  • Inside your server panel, navigate to WordPress Management.
  • Click Install WordPress.
  • Fill out your Site Name, Admin Username, and a strong Password.
  • Click Deploy. Our server will automatically build your database and install WordPress in under 60 seconds.

Path B: Upload Custom HTML, CSS, or PHP Files

If you or a developer already have website files ready to upload:

  • Open the File Manager tool in your control panel.
  • Navigate directly to the directory folder named public_html/.
  • Upload your files here. Crucial Note: Make sure your main homepage file is named precisely index.html or index.php. Replace the existing index.html file with your version. This automatically overrides the default server placeholder page!

[3] Step 3: Establish Professional Brand Email

Step away from generic free email providers and give your business immediate authority.

  1. Navigate to the Email Accounts section of your panel.
  2. Click Create to build a brand new inbox (e.g., hello@yourdomain.com).
  3. Set your secure password and storage limits.
  4. Pro Setup: If you upgraded to our premium OX App Suite or Google Workspace plans, look for your specific integration tokens in your dashboard to securely sync your shared calendars, tasks, and cloud storage.

[4] Step 4: Verify Your Security Infrastructure

Your site is hosted in a premium environment, but you need to activate your front-facing shields.

  • Free SSL Certificate: Our system automatically attempts to deploy an SSL certificate within 1 hour of your domain pointing to our server. Verify this by checking that your website URL begins with https:// (showing the secure padlock icon).
  • Isolated Environment Verification: Your account automatically sits inside a strict virtual sandbox. This isolates your files from other web users, completely preventing cross-account security threats.
  • Off-Site Backups: There is nothing for you to configure here! The SecureCloud10 replication engine, JetBackup, takes an encrypted snapshot of your files and databases every 24 hours and pushes them to an independent, external recovery vault.

[!] Troubleshooting: Why am I still seeing the placeholder page?

If you completed your upload or WordPress installation but still see the "Server Status: Active" default screen, do not panic!

  1. Clear Your Browser Cache: Modern web browsers heavily save old page designs. Hold Ctrl + F5 (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + R (Mac) to force a fresh refresh.
  2. Check the Index File: Ensure your custom website file is placed inside the public_html/ folder and is not hidden inside a sub-folder.
