How can I automatically save new email addresses?
OX App Suite allows you to automatically save new email addresses to the address book while sending or receiving emails from unknown recipients.
- Click the Settings icon on the right side of the menu bar.
- Click on Settings.
- Click on Mail in the sidebar and then Advanced Settings.
- Under the Automatic Email Address Collection section check one or both of the following options:
- Automatically collect contacts in the folder "Collected addresses" while sending
- Automatically collect contacts in the folder "Collected addresses" while reading
Unknown email addresses will be saved to your “Collected addresses” folder under “My address books” from now on.
