Website Publishing Error
Symptom
When publishing a website via Site Builder, you may see a Website Publishing Error message:
Website Publishing Error
There was an error during publishing your website. Please contact the support team.
Cause
A previous unsuccessful or partial attempt to publish a website can cause subsequent publication attempts to fail.
Solution
To resolve this:
- Delete all of the files that previous publication attempts created from the hosting File Manager. FTP Path specifies the location of these files.
- In Site Builder, click Publish.
Publication should now succeed.
