If you are a copyright owner, authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through our network by submitting a formal DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement.Your notice must be delivered to our Designated Copyright Agent and must include the following information:- Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material that you claim is infringing (or to be the subject of infringing activity) and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, along with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., the exact URL address of the hosted page).
- Your contact information, including your full legal name, physical mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- The following good faith statement: "I hereby state that I have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
- The following accuracy statement: "I hereby state that the information in this Notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyright or of an exclusive right under the copyright that is allegedly infringed."
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Failure to include all required information listed in Section 3 may delay the processing of your request or render the notice legally invalid.5. SkyHost Networks Response Actions
Upon receipt of a valid, fully compliant DMCA notice, SkyHost Networks will take the following swift actions to maintain our Safe Harbor protection:- Expeditious Removal: We will promptly disable access to or remove the allegedly infringing material from our servers.
- Customer Notification: We will forward a copy of the DMCA takedown notice directly to our client hosted on that account, notifying them that their content has been restricted.
6. Counter-Notifications (The Client's Right to Respond)
If our hosting client believes that their material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, they have the right to file a Counter-Notification under Section 512(g) of the DMCA.- Submission Channel: To be valid, the counter-notice must be sent in writing to legal@skyhostnetworks.com.
- Required Data: The notice must include their contact details, identification of the removed file, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was an error, and consent to federal court jurisdiction.
- Resolution Window: Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, SkyHost Networks will forward it to the original complaining party. If the copyright holder does not file a formal federal court lawsuit within 10–14 business days, SkyHost Networks is legally required to restore the client's material.
7. Repeat Infringer Policy
SkyHost Networks maintains a strict "Repeat Infringer Policy." Any customer account that receives more than two (2) separate, legally valid DMCA takedown complaints within a rolling 12-month period will be flagged for review and may face immediate, permanent account termination without prior notice and without a refund.
